Where do we ship?
Due to the nature and freshness of our products, we currently only ship our products locally throughout Greece. We are working on getting our delicious snacks to all corners of the world. To find a store that sells our products near you visit our stockists page
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over €40 within the Attica area. For orders with a value of less than €40 shipping costs are €3. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Rest of Greece:
We offer free shipping on orders over €80 to the rest of Greece. For orders with a value of less than €80 the shipping cost is €10. There is no extra charge for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Transport Agencies - Heavy Packages:
For orders where the parcel is heavy (over 7 kg) or is considered large Volumetric Weight (volume or weight) we use various Transport Agencies, depending on the area where the delivery is intended. If you would to use a specific Transport Agency, please mention it in the comments on your order and we will be happy to use it. Alternatively, we will use one of the Transport Agencies we work with and you will be informed of the total price for shipping your order prior to shipping.
Please note that since covid-19, a number of Transport Agencies do not accept cash on delivery. In this case, we will get in touch with you to inform you in order to coordinate a different method of payment or to cancel your order should you not wish to proceed.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed by 2pm (14:00 -Greek Time) are prepared on the same day and delivery is made the next business day. There are cases, such as e.g. remote- inaccessible areas, where delivery takes place in two working days. The orders we accept after 2pm (14:00 -Greek Time), are processed & prepared the next working day and delivery occurs between 2-3 Business Days. The same applies to remote areas.
As soon as you complete your order on our e-store, we will send you an email confirmation with your order details. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the courier tracking details for your order.
If you do not receive your parcel due to absence at the delivery address, the couriers will leave a notice note that proves the delivery effort and contains contact information with the branch to coordinate the re-delivery of your package. After consultation with them, the delivery is repeated for a pre-arranged day, at the same or different address or it can remain at the nearest courier branch for you to pick it up during their opening hours.
Unfortunately we can't accept returns.
Cash on delivery: Payment is made upon receipt of your order to the partner who will deliver it to you (courier of couriers).
Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card: Using a credit or bank card for e-commerce purchases is now the most common way. Transactions made through our order form are completely secure. We accept: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electron, Prepaid Cards, Maestro Cards, American Express, Apple Pay
Bank Transfer: If you choose to pay by bank transfer, when checking out you will receive our bank details & instructions on how to complete your bank transfer into our account. Please note your order will be processed only once funds have been received successfully.
